At Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, our mission is to empower our members to reach their fitness goals through personalized instruction, including personal training, invigorating group exercise classes, and specialty and youth fitness programs. Personal Training
Working with a Certified Personal Trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, and most successful ways to achieve your fitness goals. Our skilled Personal Trainers build customized workout plans and various coaching sessions to ensure members achieve their fitness goals. Members receive a complimentary Fitness Assessment when signed up!
One-one-One Coaching Packages
- Exceed Foundations | Introduction to Personal Training (new clients only)
- Express | 30-Minute High-Intensity training increasing endurance and body composition
- Traditional | 60-minute training focused on gaining strength and stability
Partner Training
Sharing a workout session with a friend or family member is a great way to get fit, stay motivated, and try new exercises.
Specialized Training
- Senior Fitness Training | Build strength and mobility with a Senior Fitness Specialist
- Golf Fitness Training | Increase club head speed and endurance with a Golf Fitness Specialist
- Sport Performance Training | Enhance overall athleticism and prepare you for the challenges that your sport presents.

Small Group Boot Camps
Our Small Group Boot Camp offers an opportunity to get stronger, learn new skills, and achieve personal growth with personalized and tailored workout sessions.

FFX Series: Kettlebell Workshops
Anyone from a beginner to an elite athlete can benefit from kettlebell training. Kettlebells provide strength and cardio along with core stability and function.
In this 3 course series, you will learn the basics of kettlebells, fundamental and intermediate kb exercises, and how to incorporate them into your workouts.

InBody Analyzer
This analysis provides a snapshot of an individual’s lean mass, total body water levels, and body fat percentage. Knowing your internal makeup is the most important factor in achieving improved health.
Youth Fitness
Teen Weight Training
The Teen Weight Training (TWT) certification is a one-time class that AVSP members aged 12-15 years old are required to take before using our facility. Once the teen has been Teen Weight Trained certified, they can use the weight room without parental supervision during designated TWT fitness hours ONLY.
