About Stephanie
Stephanie discovered a passion for her own health and wellness after her husband’s cancer diagnosis in 2008. Learning the important role your health and wellness plays when facing a life-threatening illness changed the course of her life. After her husband’s treatment, she decided to leave the corporate marketing world to focus full-time time helping others in the fitness world. Her passion continues to be what fuels her desire to support and inspire others to prioritize regular fitness and movement in their lives so they can get stronger and live better.

In addition to being the AVSP Fitness Director, Stephanie is an experienced personal trainer who enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels. She especially loves introducing weightlifting to beginners, no matter their age. She encourages her clients to be committed, and consistent, keep an open mind when it comes to their training, and most importantly, to have fun! Stephanie has been an Ashburn Village resident since 1999.
