About Stephanie
Stephanie’s journey into health and wellness began in 2008, following her husband’s cancer diagnosis. Experiencing firsthand the critical role that physical health plays during serious illness deeply shifted her perspective and priorities. After his recovery, Stephanie made the decision to leave a successful career in corporate marketing to dedicate herself fully to helping others improve their fitness and well-being.
Today, as the Fitness Director at Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, Stephanie is a certified personal trainer with a passion for working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. She especially enjoys helping beginners build confidence through strength training, regardless of age or experience. Her coaching philosophy centers on consistency, commitment, staying open to new challenges—and always making room for fun.
A proud Ashburn Village resident since 1999, Stephanie remains driven by the same purpose that inspired her career change: to empower others to move more, grow stronger, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
