Our After School Activities Program runs from the start of the LCPS school year until the end. The hours of operation are 2:30PM-6:00PM. When LCPS is closed, we run day camp at an additional cost (see School’s Out Day Camp below for more information).

We currently pick up from Ashburn Elementary, Cedar Lane Elementary School, Dominion Trail Elementary and Discovery Elementary School.

Ashburn Village Resident Tuition: $430/month first child, $405 for each additional child
Ashburn Village Non-Resident Tuition: $505/month first child, $480 for each additional child

Registration Fee Residents: $25 Per Family

Registration Fee Non-Residents: $50.00 Per Family

***Registration for the 2025-2026 year currently has ONE open spots for Cedar Lane, Dominion Trail load or Ashburn Elementary School.

School’s Out Day Camp runs when LCPS is closed with the exception of certain Federal holidays. The hours are 8AM-6PM. This program only registers for a full day schedule. We provide a morning and afternoon snack, and families bring lunches.*

Ashburn Village Resident Daily Rate: $50/day ($45 for each additional child)
Non-Resident Daily Rate: $60/day ($55 for each additional child)

*AVSP Youth reserves the right to cancel a camp day if enrollment is low. If this is the case, you will be refunded in full for that day.

RISE Summer Camp usually runs the first Monday after the last day of school until the day before the school year starts. The hours are 8AM-6PM and children aged 5-12 are accepted. Each week has a special theme with planned activities. Most weeks will include field trips. We serve a morning and afternoon snack, and families bring their lunches.*

2026 Dates of Operation: June 15, 2026 – August 20, 2026

Registration for RISE Camp 2025 will open around February/March. Stay tuned!

All registration is completed through Youth Directors via email.

Fees Per Week:

Ashburn Village Resident Tuition: $245/first child, $225/additional child
Non-Resident Tuition: $295/first child, $260/additional child

One-time registration fees:

Ashburn Village Resident: $35/per child

Non-Resident: $50/per child

The KidZone is a drop-in care facility where Sports Pavilion members can drop off their children for up to 2 hours while they use other Pavilion facilities. Children must be between 3 months – 12 years old. You must be an Ashburn Village Resident or have a gym membership to use KidZone.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Rates:
Unlimited Monthly Membership Pass: $25.00 for first child, $15.00 for each additional child

Single Visit Drop-in: $5.00

Reservations:

Reservations take priority over drop-ins. Reservations can be made through the AVSP phone app, through a KidZone attendant, or by emailing the Youth Directors. We encourage you to make a reservation to hold your spot.

Capacity:

The KidZone capacity is 7 children at a time. We reserve the right to decline entry to remain within capacity, honor reservations, and to protect the health and safety of children.

Illness Prevention:

Please do not bring your child to KidZone if they are experiencing any illness symptoms. We may decline entry to a child who is showing symptoms of illness to protect our staff and attending children.
