About Drew

Growing up, Drew played many sports, including basketball, football and volleyball to name a few. But as many of us do, after high school, he became more sedentary and gained weight. He worked hard to get back into great shape, and along the way discovered he had a passion for helping others with their health journey. He left the industry for a while when his family grew with the addition of twins, and moved to Ashburn.

As his children started to become involved in sports, his passion for fitness arose again when he started overseeing their sports and conditioning program, which in turn inspired him to return to personal training.

With more than 25 years of exercise experience, sport specific training, and plyometrics, Drew enjoys nothing more than seeing clients reach their fitness goals, whatever they may be. He has worked with clients of all ages and abilities. Fitness is the foundation for staying active and fit, and a gateway to living a happy and healthy life.
