About Aidan:
Aidan grew up with a strong background in athletics, having participated in baseball, track, cross country, and tennis, and continues to stay active through running and weight lifting. With nearlya decade of weight training experience, he brings practical experience and knowledge into his coaching.
His training approach takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, encouraging balance between training, nutrition, and recovery. He focuses on helping clients train safely and efficiently while building long-term confidence in the gym. He believes that the most effective fitness routine is one that fits seamlessly into a client’s lifestyle and is enjoyable to maintain long term.
He is passionate about helping individuals build sustainable habits and create personalized fitness routines that align with their goals, schedules, and preferences. His long-term goal is to pursue a career in cardiac rehabilitation, and he values the opportunity to help others improve their overall health and quality of life through fitness.
