Background:
Jordon grew up surrounded by sports and competition, the youngest of three boys in a Jamaican-American household. His introduction to fitness began through football, but lifting and training quickly became a lifelong passion.

With over 5 years of experience in healthcare—working in nursing homes, pediatric dental clinics, and as a cardiac sonographer—Jordon brings a unique understanding of the body across all life stages. This clinical background, combined with his B.S. in Health and Fitness and multiple NASM certifications, allows him to approach training with both precision and empathy.

Jordon is all about meeting clients where they are. He believes fitness should be fun, encouraging, and personal, and he’s always ready to adapt a workout to keep it engaging and effective. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to push past a plateau, Jordon strives to be your biggest supporter and coach—while making you laugh along the way.

Outside of the gym, he enjoys watching sports, snowboarding in the winter, and soaking up the sun at the beach (Jamaican roots don’t lie!). Above all, Jordon aims to create a safe, uplifting space where every client feels empowered to grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
