About Stephanie
Stephanie discovered a passion for her own health and wellness after her husband’s cancer diagnosis in 2008.  That experience changed the course of her life for the better. After her husband’s treatment and recovery, she decided to leave the corporate marketing world to focus full-time time helping and supporting others in the fitness world. Her passion continues to be what fuels her desire to support and inspire others to prioritize regular fitness and movement in their lives so they can get stronger and live better.

In addition to being the AVSP Fitness Director, Stephanie is an experienced personal trainer who enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels with a focus on functional fitness. She especially loves introducing weightlifting and strength training to beginners, no matter their age.

She encourages her clients to be committed, consistent, keep an open mind when it comes to their training, and most importantly, to have fun! Her personal motto is Live Fit and Sore! 

Stephanie has been an Ashburn Village resident since 1999.
