Mackenzie has been passionate about health and fitness her whole life, taking her first weight training class in high school. In addition to being an experienced personal trainer, Mackenzie oversees our Group Exercise programming and can be found subbing for group exercise classes from time to time. Her knowledge, passion and appreciation for the physical, social and emotional benefits physical activity can bring to one’s life continues to grow each year.
In early 2018, she had spinal surgery and used her training and education during her rehabilitation to recover faster. Using that experience and being a former gymnastics coach, Mackenize loves working with athletes of all ages and experience levels.
With a husband, three young daughters and her cat, Skamp, Mackenzie lives a very active, busy life. Her life motto of “Stay Strong” applies in and out of the gym and she uses it to encourage her clients to believe they can achieve their goals.
