About Justin
Justin has been involved with the gym in one form or another since his childhood. He discovered his love of fitness when his father took him under his wing and began training him for football when he was 15 years old. His father’s “Iron Therapy” molded him into a top varsity athlete. As Justin learned more about anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition, it solidified his passion and his career path.
For 25 years, he’s helped those that wanted/needed to better themselves including athletes that were looking to improve their position performance to an elderly woman that wanted to combat her vertigo. In addition to being a skilled and experienced trainer, Justin has played semi-pro football, been a powerlifter, and a strongman.
He enjoys working with clients of all ages. He won’t just be your trainer, he will educate as the sessions continue. Justin wants you to be learn as much as you can while you take this journey. It is this feeling of fulfillment that drives Justin to help those wanting to improve their current lives and be stronger all around.
Strength is more than physical; it’s the will to persevere.
